Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1- Program Development management with key accounts
Developing and organizing program analysis needs
a. Field auditing and surveys
b. Assessments and benchmarking (internal & external)
c. Finding the GAPs that impact the business
d. Talent mapping (finding hero, success cases)

2- Training Delivery in Korea
Delivering on-floor training on selling & service skills in Korea
a. Localizing training materials to suit the luxury retail environment in Korea
b. Ensuring training content and methodologies to satisfy clients' needs

3- Client Relationship Management
Establishing development support with clients
a. Establishing contract with clients and payment follow-up
b. Analyzing solutions and building analysis report
(Completing training report on participant performance and feedback, improving training effectiveness)
c. Initiate and attend regular client and team meeting to define and follow project timeline
d. Monitoring team planning
e. Client satisfaction survey

Requirements:
High professional proficiency in Korean language is a must (Native Korean speakers are preferable)
Good level of English
Passion in Luxury, Service, and Sharing knowledge
0-2 years of working/internship experience in in Luxury or Service industry
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to details
Global exposure will be desirable
