A.Primary purpose of role
Key team player to in charge of the process from campaign visual creation to physical POSM. Key driver in store communication 2.0 and upgrade consumer journey. Explore new business needs to events , PR , ePR etc.
Key Accountabilities:
? Retail Marketing Role:
1. Develop campaign in store communication and strategy and planning
2. Enhance in store communication to build a close linkage with consumers
3. Response for store engagement and build a strong linkage with digital enhancement
4. Co-create eye-catching and decent static display in different level store
5.An understanding of a customer’s retail journey and experience - and how to best utilize print assets and tools to spread
6.Working closely with production supplier to ensure the quality meets the standard of brand & ensure each marketing activities POS tools are produced and delivered to stores on time.
7.Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Operations Excellence, Operations, Food, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure all teams are kept in the loop with marketing activities.
8. Organize & update all the retail mkt documents including contract, clipping, brand standard manual, etc.
? Event Role:
1. Enlarge brand awareness through fancy and brand forced event
2. Develop and create brand level event - media level event (twice a year) and pop up store (once a year)
3. Response for brand level event –Response for special project event + PR (ePR) eg. Hot City
4. Seek opportunity to coop with KOLs and Celebs
5. Response for brand seeding program
6. Response for monthly, seasonal, annual review of retail mkt and event report delivery
7. Work with PR and Event agency to co-create visualize material and on site engagement
8. Internal event coordinator
? Strong Communication Skill with different foundation co-workers;
? Handle conflict skill;
? Ability to complete projects independently

? Local store Sales growth and increase of brand awareness
? Level of input/output in local store marketing
? Deliver fancy event

- In house designers, LSM team, campaign and brand team
- PI team
- Finance team and OPS team
- Other central support teams
- Regional teams (ROD & AM)

- Vendors (POSM vendor, event vendor, PR vendor)
- KOLs and celebrities agency
Financial:
? Direct impact on business through clear and intense visual to catch eyes (GWP, instore engagement, digital enhancement etc.)
? Retail activation to drive business directly
Equipment, system or process:
? Establish new system: differentia store supporting level
? Set up new policy with OPS to upgrade commutations with stores
? Set up retail tracking data base
C.Required knowledge, skills or experience
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Above 5 years of working experience with
3. International brands in the retail, lifestyle, luxury or F&B, either from corporate or agency background
4. Net work with KOLs and Celebrities agency, talent contact (photographer, Producers, camera man ect. )
5. A passionate customer of the coffee and cafe lifestyle
6. Very detail-oriented
7. Good paper work skill
8. Have an appreciation of fancy things
9. Ability to work with multiple focus taskers
10. Excellent at prioritizing, multi-tasking and effectively managing resources and deadlines
11. A team player, at the same time self-motivating and able to work independently
12. A good listener with strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
13. Good budget controller
14. an advanced degree in marketing, advertising, or business will be better
15. Experience or education abroad, even better if from the UK
16. Familiar with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
17. in touch with your creative side, with a penchant for visual or copy-based communication

1. How to enhance hero production info. in store and info & visual under brand tonality.
2. How to pop up brand visual and coffee credential display and
3. Lead static display
