Position: Retail sales associates
Employment Type: Full Time/part-time/internship
Department: Juice Bar
Salary: (negotiable)

Duties
• Provide customers with prompt and courteous service
• Assist customers in purchasing the appropriate product according to their needs/goals
• Monitor all order platforms ( phone calls and messages,websites, e-mail)
• Communicate orders with the kitchen staff and deliveries with delivery team
• Document sales and process payments
• Maintain a proper display of products and ensure the store is neat and tidy
• Ensure products comply with quality standards
• Keep track of stock and inventory and place order to replenish stock when necessary

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Cashier experience preferred
• Organized customer skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both English and Chinese
• Multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience in food and beverage
• Dedicated
