We would like to invite you to be part of our Returnship Programme within Global Clinical Solutions (GCS). In Global Clinical Solutions (GCS) we support clinical processes and systems/tools by providing centralized services enabling clinical trials efficient and successful conduct. This Programme has been created to help you to get back to work after a career gap or to switch your professional path. You will bring your previous experience and skills and we will guide you in learning new skills.

The Programme is designed with an initial 6-month period so you can familiarize yourself with the GCS systems and processes, as well as take on your own projects and responsibilities.
You will cooperate with business stakeholders across the world in our Teams, working on the following tasks:
- Deliver GCS services across drug projects
- Set up and maintain clinical systems/tools and data in partnership with Study Teams and external partners to appropriate standards, completeness, quality and consistency
- Support life cycle management and business continuity for clinical processes, systems/tools, standards, procedural documentation and training materials,
- Provide support to user communities including
- conducting relevant process/system/tool trainings
- facilitating knowledge sharing
- establishing of best practice
- ensuring effective communication
- performing validation and testing of processes and systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects
Essential Requirements:
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Substantial previous professional experience, regardless of area and industry
- Positive mindset and can-do approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn quickly
- Teamwork oriented approach
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to develop in Global Clinical Solutions
Desirable Requirements:
- University degree
- Exposure to multicultural environment
- Project Management skills
- Negotiation skills
- Experience in working with IT systems
- Experience in system testing/validation
