organize and manage the team, perform administrative tasks and coordinate with the other departments
Helps employees improve their skills and provides support for career development
Secures the revenue from room sales
Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by front office staff or the Supervisor, and section heads, providing a rapid solution
Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
Communicates with the other departments and maintain hotel operation excellence
Supervises guest incoming calls and following-up,handle guest’s complaint
Coordinates the department team
Organizes and collecting guest comments and plays an active role in meeting guests satisfaction
Checks room reservations and the VIP guest list
Keeps track of the standard of services delivered, based on guest comments and quality audits
Takes part in preparing the rooms pricing policy and in increasing revenue
Closes total cash operations and resolves any discrepancies in the balance
Carries out the month-end closing operations, ensuring sufficient funds for upcoming invoices
Ensures security of revenue and money flows
Updates dashboard charts
Welcome and set the VIP reception
Monthly report conducts and submits
