  • Communicate the processes to follow in terms of booking quality and correct data input into the PMS, toward the reservation and front office team.
  • Regularly checks the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc).
  • Act as a support in the preparation of the annual revenue budget.
  • Providing dynamic forecasts, compared to the strategy of the GM and budget.
  • Consult and implement daily the recommendations in inventory and distribution tools.
  • Implement and communicate on minimum stay, closed to arrival, up-selling.
  • Make recommendation for strategy changes in RMS, in relation to day types, ideal mix, close limits, booking limits, to be able to react early to guest behavior changes (new events, etc).
  • Optimize the distribution channels.
  • Analyze on a monthly basis the results in terms of internal and external indicators (RevPAR and market share), in order to react in time.
  • Check regularly the implementation of the defined strategies (brand, place, hotel).
  • Conduct a diagnostic of the market in order to acquire an overview and analyze the performance.
  • Optimize the use of Tars On Line & contribute to the development of the Revenue Manager System.
  • Monitor the results of the hotels and identify divergences with the budgets and inform the operational employees.
  • Apply the Revenue Management initiatives: overbook length of stay, contract management, price and client mix management.
  • Update the market diagnostic every year and provide the information for the operational employees.
  • Advise the operational employees in the preparation of the marketing plans and hotel budgets.
  • Constantly communicate with and inform relevant HOD(s) of the market and the Hotel Managers of the business results.


Work Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel market
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive strategic focus
  • Drive to achieve and surpass targets at every opportunity
  • Highly organised and able to manage priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
