The position is responsible for the implementation of revenue management methods, processes, tools, and the coordination of dedicated revenue management talent pool in the region in order to maximize the turnover of the hotels.
The role will provide leadership, strategy, and delivery of market leading pricing and revenue management strategies and measurement in accordance with Accor requirements and standards, and collaborate with the Hub and hotel commercial teams to develop business opportunities and improve profitability.

What you will be doing: - In coordination with the Hub RM & BI leadership, define the RM strategy (business mix, pricing, brand positioning), and ensure that it is deployed in the hotels in the region.
- Ensuring compliance to Accor’s defined RM Standards and processes within the region
- Responsible for RM support for hotels, utilising Area RM roles where present
- Assist in recruitment of hotel RMs
- Is in charge of a proper reporting of the RM performance at the region level and suggests the appropriate sales actions according to business risks and opportunities detected for the future periods
- Ensures that the Accor Business Campus RM training courses are in place and all RMs and GMs attend. Drives RM culture through ensuring deployment of RM Discovery in all hotels
- Leads and animates the RM community in the region through trainings, webinars, Yammer groups, and regular market place meetings; develops pricing and RM culture among hotel teams, notably GMs, DOSMs, Front Office and Reservation departments through support and participation in RevMax meetings, business reviews, etc.
- Identifying, documenting and sharing of Revenue Management best practices. Evaluate the implementation of best practices across the hub
- Participates in key corporate projects to specify RM needs and validates the proposed solutions (ex: Leisure strategy, BRG, Total RM, Lanyon, ITD Deployment)
- Overseeing the deployment of projects related to the Revenue Management discipline
- Project based tasks focusing on key destinations or market places, either as support or as replacement of existing resources
- Provide strategic support to Development team and VPOs in validation of new hotel projects
Your experience and skills include: - 5 years’ experience in Revenue Management in hotel industry
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office, Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Expert level in Accor RM Systems (EzRMS)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proactive, result oriented
- Expert RM Skills
- Thorough knowledge of TARS, GDS and all distribution systems
- Good knowledge of RM’s Tools as well as Hotel PMS, Price Shoppers, Channel Managers
