WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Responsible for the implementation of RM methods in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand’s marketing and customer’s needs

• Responsible for having all the revenue management processes in place in the hotel
• In charge of helping to reach and exceed the operational turnover budget of the hotel
• Identify opportunities for incremental revenue through analysis different market segments and distribution channels
• Establish Differential Pricing based on market segments, demand, positioning
• Identify distress or peak periods and initiate appropriate strategies
• Developing tracking tools to monitor implementation and impact of internet pricing strategies

•      University graduate or equivalent diploma in Hotel Management

•      At least 3 years experience in a similar position in International hotel

•      Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes

•      Clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities and market research

•      Excellent communication and presentation skills

•      Resourceful, strong business orientation with strive for results

•      Excellent command in both spoken and written English

•      Proficiency Revenue Management tools, in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

•      Opening experience preferred
