Revenue & Sales Coordinator
To support the processes required to achieve optimal mix of rooms and conference sales revenue to achieve budget targets, whilst supporting the Commercial department with administrative responsibilities and supporting the Sales initiatives.

What you will be doing:
Administration -
- You will work closely with the Commercial Team on all administration and reporting tasks
- You will liaise with all Commercial Team managers to ensure that holidays are maintained and allocated
- Maintain EZLM to ensure that all shifts are accurate
- To raise all departmental purchase orders and ensure that the financial procedures are in line with company policies and forecast are updated with input from the Commercial Director
- Other duties as and when required to ensure an efficient sales & marketing team
Sales/Revenue/Financial -
- Manage a number of reports including: The complimentary rooms report for approval by the Head of Revenue, Business block report daily update, GRC updates
- Retrieve and prepare daily Revenue Management reports for review by Head of Revenue including but not limited to: Daily Pick-up Report, Owners Daily pick up reports, Daily Operation Pack, Operations Weekly Movements
- Sign off for approval by the Head of Revenue commissions for Transient bookings on a weekly basis
- Regularly review and update hotel content throughout sell web and distribution channels following review with the Marketing Executive
- To organise, administrate and liaise with the events team in planning show rounds, familiarisation trips and site inspections
- Maintain a good product knowledge of the hotel
- Maintain a good knowledge of systems; current databases; administration; reports; protocol & procedures
- Liaise with Marketing Executive on stock levels for all amenities and guest gifts
- Other duties as assigned
Quality/Standards -
- Ensure that all procedures and policies are in place and followed
- Adhere to all Accor policies and procedures as outlines by the hotel
- Full effective implementation of Hotel Systems
Your experience and skills include:
- The ability to manage workloads to meet daily and weekly deadlines
- The ability to work on multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Your team and working environment:
- Working in a fast paced team environment
- Shifts will be during the day and may include the occasional weekend
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining UK work authorization
