Report to:         Fulfilment Manager

To support our fast-growing Brand and to reinforce our Supply Chain and Logistics function, we are creating a new role, and actively looking for a dynamic and motivated Reverse Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator

Main Responsibilities: 

The Reverse Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator will perform a variety of duties to manage the flow of reverse logistics materials including, but not limited to, inbound processing, product inspection, and product disposition.   Duties include:  

  • Organize and process incoming return materials against the appropriate return material authorization (RMAs) & SOP;
  • Follow guidelines for recycling and related processes;
  • Coordinate with LSPs for quotations/ for each return or disposal job in a timely fashion
  • Timely record the return order with good reference;
  • Follow through & overarch the entire reverse logistics operations to ensure no slip of attention.
  • Coordinate with WH & finance to ensure correct return records are registered in NAV and WMS.
  • Work closely with Sales, Planning & Finance to ensure all ambiguities are well discussed.
  • Organize in liaison with Production Manager the recycling and repairing of Products, when applicable
  • Follow Company manufacturer refunds and credit notes in liaison with Procurement Manager
  • Produce periodic reporting of reverse logistics indicators  

Requirements: 

  • Reverse Logistics experience is mandatory
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related background with a minimum 2 years of related experience, either in warehouse/distribution center operations or international complex distribution
  • B2B Customer-service and/or 3PL transportation experience preferred.
  • Experience coordinating or working with multiple customer-facing employees required
  • Experience in creating, generating and communicating performance reports required.
  • Advanced communications skills in English
  • Experience in coordinating the planning of new processes preferred.
