In a transaction valued at $9B, Intel Corporation is spinning-off its NAND Memory Business—a global leader in the design and manufacture of integrated circuits and solid-state drives (SSDs) for use in data centers, personal computers, and other devices—to form an independent company that will be a subsidiary of parent company SK hynix.

The new company will be headquartered in San Jose, California, with aspirations to conduct an IPO and become a publicly traded U.S. company. As the current head of Intel’s Memory Business, Rob Crooke will lead the new company as CEO, with a number of Intel executives and senior leaders joining him to stand-up and grow the new company. The new venture combines elements of an established, successful Silicon Valley technology company with the spirit, agility, and entrepreneurial mindset of a start-up.

In addition to the U.S. headquarters and other facilities in the U.S., the company has a significant international presence in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The newly formed company will continue to lead the world in innovating new Memory technologies and will soon be the second largest NAND memory company in the world by revenue.

This role reports to the Director of Global Logistics & Trade. The Global Logistics & Trade is part of the broader Global Supplier Management function. GSM will be built from the ground up as NewCo transitions into a standalone organization (parent company is based in South Korea). The Reverse Logistic Program  Manager will be responsible for executing standup activities related to reverse logistics. 

The high-level responsibilities are:
•  Oversee storage or movement of extra or over-supplied products
•   Lead operations related to reuse of products and materials
•  Manage implementation of control systems to move material in a timely and cost effective manner.
•  Manage customer/client requests or events as they occur
•  Manage return of rejected goods to suppliers
•   Manage removal of packaging and containers from the response area
•  Analyze KPI performance and processes
•  Identify opportunities for process improvement or defect elimination sharing best practices across the organization
•  Achieve process optimization, including new process definition - either for specific product segments, or overall

- Logistics (reverse logistics) experience
- Proficiency in English (written and speaking) as well as local language

Other Preferred Functional/Technical Expertise:

 -Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field; Masters or MBA preferred

- Experience in M&A 
- Experience in an international organization
- Experience in semiconductor industry
