To reinforce our Supply Chain and Logistics function, we are creating a new role, and actively looking for a dynamic and motivated Reverse Logistics Specialist.

Main Responsibilities: 

The Reverse Logistics Specialist will perform a variety of duties to manage the flow of reverse logistics products including, but not limited to consolidation, return and relocation processing, product inspection and refurbishment, and disposal. 

Main duties included: 

• Set Reverse logistics strategy and Standard Operating Procedure,
• Validate and process incoming return requests of materials from customers within the SOP,
• Follow up entire products return process from request till receiving, disposal and/or recycling,
• Liaise with internal departments and any 3PLs involving in materials returns,
• Review and initiate updates of Reverse logistics SOP to fit latest sales & operational processes,
• Follow manufacturer refunds and credit notes to Company for definitive products,
• Maintain and Update company ERP,
• Produce periodic report for return tracking and monthly report for the management 

Requirements:

• Reverse Logistics, Recycling and refurbishment exposure is highly required,
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related background with a minimum 2 years of related experience, either in warehouse/distribution center operations or international complex distribution,
• B2B Customer Service and/or 3PL transportation experience preferred,
• Experience coordinating or working with multiple customer-facing employees required,
• Experience in creating, generating and communicating performance reports required,
• Experience in coordinating the planning of new processes preferred
• Advanced communications skills in English, any other languages are a plus
