Reward Finance Specialist
Major Responsibilities:
Finance process administration:
- Delivering high quality support for the finance processes for the Global HR Reward Partnering Team, Global Mobility, and Wellbeing teams.
- Leading end to end P2P (Purchase to Pay) Process - from raising of Purchase Orders through to invoicing, cross-charging and accrual.
- Raising and monitoring Purchase Orders and Payment Requests through different finance systems.
- Checking and verifying data in Ariba/SAP systems (iBuy).
- Preparing and sending documentation for the Global Cross-charging, collaborating with other teams, meeting the deadlines.
- Process supporting other teams in invoicing/ every day ad-hoc activities/ any finance related questions.
- Collaborating with our vendors on a daily basis – helping them with any questions regarding our POs or invoices.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reconciliation – in collaboration with different teams around the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in economics, maths, statistics, or science related subject (preferred).
- 2 or more years experience of working in finance, procurement or Reward team.
- Able to communicate fluently in English.
- Relevant professional qualification in administrative skills; finance processes knowledge.
- Knowledge of P2P/ finance processes.
- Experience of working in a Pharmaceutical/ Drug Development environment (preferred).
- Good MS Excel / databases skills.
