• support the decision making process of senior management and Board of Directors by providing expert analysis and insights on compensation and governance topics
• support the annual Compensation Committee process, including preparation and coordination of committee materials
• develop the annual UBS Group AG Compensation Report and related materials for the Annual General Meeting of shareholders
• support revisions and new governance on compensation-related responsibilities and authorities for UBS Group AG and its major entities
