You will be part of our exciting HR team in supporting multiple SET areas in the area of Talent and Development, and Reward.

As part of moving a country HR operating model supporting multiple SET areas, we are looking for a CoE role that will lead in the areas of Rewards

In Reward, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all compensation and benefits related activities, from cyclical events (e.g. market data review, merit reviews) through to managing compensation and benefits projects. You will be expected to deliver insightful reward design and decisions that engage and motivate employees. You will work in partnership with HR Business Partners, acting as a key adviser to the business on compensation matters

Your main responsibilities include:

Reward:

  • Provide insightful challenge and direction to business leaders which is based upon strong analytics and to continuously develop the compensation and benefit framework, ensuring AstraZeneca remains competitive in its ability to hire and retain the best talent.

  • Lead the delivery of all cyclical compensation activities in line with established global and local parameters, for instance the annual merit / bonus / LTI cycle, job evaluation, ensuring that all compensation policies are compliant with the regulatory.

  • Ensuring all global and local compensation policies are understood and implemented in day to day reward decisions and wider HR strategy/policy formulation by working closely with HR Business Partners. In particular, you will provide compensation expertise for all hires / transfers / terminations / business change activities to the HR teams.

  • Leads and manages the manpower budgeting process as part of our annual business planning cycle.

  • Local and regional Reward projects and initiatives
