The position shall be responsible for the end to end design, implementation, and execution of the Agency Rewards platform and the Agency communications strategy to support the strategic initiatives of the Agency Distribution Channel.• Coordinate invitation solicitations, advance and on-site registration, post-event follow-up and evaluations
• Research available venues and recommend event sites
• Investigate, select, negotiate and coordinate services with vendors
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for events
REWARDS
- Identify and recommend relevant reward, recognition, and engagement platforms for the Agency Distribution Channel.
- Ensure alignment of sales and recruitment campaigns to the overall company strategic objectives to support the achievement of the channel’s goals.
- Work hand in hand with the analytics team to identify the levers that the distribution channel should work on in order to achieve its goals
- Lead the approval process of the campaigns / sales incentives together with the analytics team to ensure these are communicated and released in a timely manner.
- Supervise the Rewards officers and Communication officers to ensure timely delivery of rewards and recognition.
- Review and propose improvements on campaigns based from post-campaign analysis.
COMMUNICATIONS:
- Ensure alignment with overall company & agency strategies and branding by collaborating with management and relevant stakeholders to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on the strategic initiative.
- Identify and develop a communications framework that is highly personalized and data driven that will be used by the distribution channel that would support better engagement across the different levels of the agency hierarchy and segments.
- Review all content and communication materials to be released and published to the Agency Distribution Channel to ensure messaging is aligned with company strategy.
- Work hand in hand with the Communication Officers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure proper execution of the agency communications strategy.
- Recommend improvements on existing plans and strategy based on the reports and feedback that determine the effectiveness of the different communications plan that are currently implemented.
- Establish relevant communication platforms that will increase agency engagement; such as but not limited to social media platforms, activations, SMS, or email
- Manage and maximize the content calendar for all agency-related communications
Monitor actual spend on both rewards and communications and ensure all initiatives are within the approved budget.
Manage conflict as it arises and escalate to management, if needed.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
• Compile summaries such as total event costs, cost per contact, audience profiles and attendees' comments
