Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industryJob Description:
Risk
Asist in contributing directly into the development of key controls library for Risk and Compliance functions
Assist in performing the Company risk and control assessment
Assist in performing tracking Policies and Standard of the company
Compliance
Assist with the launch of Nice Actimize (Anti-Money Laundering) system
Asist with investment compliance monitoring and reporting
Support with Compliance Review projects
General
Assist in preparing the underlying meeting materials and logistic arrangement for Risk and Compliance functions
Assist with preparation of Risk & Compliance reports as per requirement from Group and Local BU management
Support Risk & Compliance project management (i.e setup meetings, follow up for materials from stakeholders, consolidate materials, etc.)
Support with Risk & Compliance function administrative work
Job Requirement:
Education – at least year 4 students in Accounting, Finance and Banking, Economics, or Business. Finishing the Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) (especially, F1) is a plus.
Experience – used to have any volunteer experiences.
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Communication skills – Good at interpersonal and communication skills.
