Responsibilities

• Independently, implementing the consulting project work of strategy design, business model transformation, risk management, operation processes optimization, internal control and internal audit, including establishing risk & internal control system in accordance with regulatory requirements, optimizing process and control for both businesses and operation, and performing internal audit or internal control reviews for clients
• Acting as the field in charge role, leading and supervising a team of 2 to 4 professional staff and responsible for their job training, reviewing the team members’ deliverables before project manager review
• Communicating with the client for the daily project coordination, as well as report to manager or associate director about the project management
• Supporting project manager upon planning, scheduling, coordination and reporting

Experience

• Bachelor degree (985/211) as basic, Master degree as a plus
• Certificates as a plus, including, CIA, CPA, ACCA,FRM, CFA
• About 3-5 years' consulting experience in the fields of strategy and business model design, corporate governance, risk management and internal control, process design and improvement, internal audit or equivalent relevant working experience in companies. Working experience of big four firm will be a plus
• Good understanding of businesses and management, and deep knowledge of industry features, business model, market trend and regulatory environment
• Innovation，Creative thinking, strong problem solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
• Mature, proactive, teamwork and committed, bringing a positive and constructive mind and team spirit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills on complex ideas effectively. Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
• Good writing skills both in Chinese and English
