Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of scorecards, business policy rules and rating models used to evaluate credit applications for DMO China entities in addition to roll-out & continuous improvement of risk based collections models. Particularly, able to deliver AI credit assessment model development such as AI scoring, Fraud Detection etc.. Participate in the analyses and assessments of the latest industry and economic trends in order to provide proper analysis and tools for risk evaluation. In particular, analyze and assess new approach on scoring and credit decision process. Partner with the global risk instruments experts on knowledge exchange on state of the art credit decision tools and processes. Perform advanced data and statistical analysis for state of the art risk scoring & risk qualification methods and tools, including regression and multivariate models.

Manage operations and maintenance of the Blaze Decision Engine and ensure transparency and governance for correct scorecard and business policy rules (BPR) operations. Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of the scorecard and the BPR with respect to effectiveness and efficiency. Coordinate the hot fix and change request processes in close collaboration with local IT and retail credit. Liaise with sales, operations and credit operations to ensure sound data quality in the decision process. Liaise with scoring center of competence at DMO HQ to prepare and present quarterly Monitoring and Validation reports.

Support to set-up business case and road map for DLM (Automatic Credit Decision, Risk Based Collections, etc). Managing HQ reporting and arrange alighment with Retail Credit, Collections team, Strategy team, HQ project team and CXO organization.

Support risk-related parts of strategic projects and process reengineering including Retention scoring, Fraud Detection, Risk Based Collections and so on.

Maintain, validate and back test the rating models as applied for the corporate customer and dealer of DMO China entities
