Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervisor for the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
• Assist to the implement of HKRBC and capital management projects
• Conduct regular monitoring exercises on different business functions in risk related aspects
• Provide support in formulating risk related advices to business functions, e.g. risk mitigation measures, controls, monitoring framework, etc.
• Assist to review and update policy and procedures
• Prepare risk management reports and papers to the supervisor

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in Risk Management, Actuarial, Finance, Business, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in life insurance risk management or related field
• Solid industry and risk management knowledage and familar with related regulations
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English，fluent Cantonese
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
