• Perform outbound call and follow-up actions on delinquent customers
• Handle customer enquiries and provide support on daily operations
• Assist to prepare the analytical reports and support ad hoc assignments
• Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
