Key Responsibilities :

• Decide credit limit requests consistently, within response time standards included in Risk Business Model
• Assessing buyer with all information available in the system and his/her own market knowledge
• Monitoring of the risk portfolio
• Requesting further information to Risk office, according to Information Quality Standards
• Be responsible for a dedicated customers portfolio, steer it and provide a pro-active service level, according to policyholder classification
• Regularly meeting customers and brokers
• Organizing telephone conferences
• Contribute to support Commercial team in steering customers loss ratio and implement necessary actions to ensure or restore profitability of portfolio

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Admin or any related discipline.
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong market on credit insurance, business information and local industries.
• Good knowledge of finance and credit management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of success record of working with financial institutions on information and risk underwriting.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to hold visits and contacts, including high level meetings with senior professionals.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese / Cantonese / Mandarin a must.
• Experience in working for MNCs / a multicultural environment a definite advantage.
• Conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
