Your Challenge The candidate will be responsible for: Analyzing Control Requirements and their applicability in the organizational departments (identification of process owners, verification of documentation requirements, monitoring of controls implementation); Providing training and support to process owners, RIC Representatives and Independent Assessors (coordinate workshops, perform quality checks etc.); Deficiencies and remediation (supervise and validate remediation activities in case of deficiencies, support entities to close the remediation activities prior to FY end); Performing quality and validation checks for various entities reporting to Lead Country Italy; Supporting and participating in international projects (e.g., process analysis, identification of standard methodology, standardization projects…) Enterprise Risk Management; Supporting the ERM responsible with the collection and update of risks and opportunities identified in the involved units and their response plans; Supporting the involved organizational units in carrying out the ERM process (assist with quarterly updates including the development of action plans for managing risks and perform quality checks etc.); Shaping the future by making their impact and achieving core strategic business goals while preparing to be ready to tackle the next challenge What you need to bring with you You should already have significant experience in administrative and/or financial processes, together with: Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills; Knowledge about the internal processes and organizational unit(s) Fluency in English Proficiency in MS Excel & Office (a plus is knowledge of BI tool) Ability to perform in a changing environment Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions Being a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element Eligibility to work in Italy What can we further offer?
