Job Description:

Focus on supplier quality perspective works on local sourcing, corporate life cycle cost improvement campaign. Will work with purchasing function to conduct supplier audit for supply base development and resolve quality issues, localization programs supplier quality process. Monitor supplier quality performance and push for continuous quality improvement. Internal quality process control and improvement also including.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluation and approval (VDA2 & VDA6) of localization for standard materials.

• Supplier development and quality management with purchasing and other cross-functional department.

• Supplier process audit and performance monitoring.

• Lead APQP process with suppliers in close cooperation with Engineering, Purchasing and Quality in local and/or Germany.

• Review suppliers’ initial sampling process/report submissions and approval in cooperation with Germany.

• Report and track supplier performance such as quality issue, 8D report and cost recover to lead supplier continuous improvement activities during series production.

• Follow up suppliers corrective action plans originated from Audits, quality claims or PPAP deviations.

Qualification Criterion:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation.

• More than 3 years working experience in mechanical/electronic manufacturing industry. Auto components manufacturing industry will be preferred.

• Familiar with ISO9000, TS16949.

• Good technical understanding in manufacturing processes, e.g. machining, die casting, investment casting or others...

• Initiative and proactive with good communication skills, team work style. Experience in an international working environment.

• Fluent English in both writing and speaking.

• Suitable for frequent business trips.
