As a Robot Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible installation and commissioning of related robots and peripheral equipment, in Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, Zhuhai, China.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager II, you will independently program and tune ABB robotic application processes.

Your responsibilities

• Being able to independently program and tune ABB robotic application processes.
• Being responsible for the installation and commissioning of related robots and peripheral equipment.
• Conducting robot application training for customers.
• Being responsible for leading the team to complete the onsite commissioning and site acceptance test with the customer.

Your background

• 2 years of ABB or other mainstream brand robot application experience.
• Must have experience in robotic system project commissioning, be familiar with the tuning of robot system and the peripheral equipment.
• Sound knowledge on electrical and electronic foundation and good understanding on PLC controller.
• A bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical automation.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, coordination and teamwork spirit are required.
• Able to work under pressure and travel frequently
