Your responsibilities
- Creating project commissioning schedule, reviewing and ensuring its implementation, identifies, develops and facilitates implementation of new processes/ techniques and solutions to meet current and emerging customer and business needs, assisting in creation and presentation of proposals for engineering, projects or programs (provision of bills of material, estimated
- engineering hours etc.), proposing solutions to improve future business prospects to sales
- team,supporting Contract Managers in issuing claims (new scope of work, cost impact, time impact, risk quantifications etc.), ensuring adherence to safety standards in the area of responsibility
- and mitigation of potential risks, creating work plans and cost estimates in line with strategic
- priorities allocates resources and ensuring implementation as per the defined time frame, quality and cost, improving effectiveness of work plans in collaboration with other functions, conducting risk and opportunity assessments for assigned projects for ensuring implementation of commissioning plan, identifying and reporting potential risks, evaluating mitigation options and defining relevant guidelines to mitigate the risks, ensuring implementation of risk mitigation plan in own area of responsibility and update stakeholders on associated risks, conducting Safety Observation tour regularly to report and mitigate potential HSE hazards.
- Managing customer relations at senior levels, interacting with customer and providing customized solutions to meet requirements of the project, ensuring approval of plant acceptance criteria, open issues closure and performance tests, identifying, introducing and driving implementation of new engineering solutions to customer, managing external organizations to ensure availability of commissioning equipment, systems or services,providing technical guidance to ensure tools/systems meet required specifications, representing the function as a member in standardization committees, assuming lead role in developing function within one’s area and
- facilitates best practice sharing. Gives feedbacks to the organization, to apply lessons learned process. Creates standard processes and tools ensuring all commissioning activities comply with the required safety regulations and contractual requirements.
- Identifying, introducing and promoting processes and tools in one’s area of responsibility to increase productivity.
- Develops, coaches and provides technical guidance to colleagues, guiding and supervises all staff necessary to complete assignments, may manage large commissioning teams, imparts training and coaches project team towards safe working practices.

Your background
- Must have Bachelor’s degree or above, major in automation or control.
- 3 years working experience or above required.
- Experience in automation cell and line controller software development, MES interface or WCS interface development and test software development is preferred
