Your challenges:

• Work closely with subject matter experts and client resources to analyze, design finance & business process and implement RPA solutions

• Develop, test and implement in-scope automation processes based on linked RPA platform

• Work closely with customers and business team during the RPA implementation and deployment

• Provide RPA technique supporting, include problem investigation, bug fixing, run-time analysis, etc.

• Keep searching the process improvement ideas, formalization and documentation

• Keep searching in marketing different automation toolbox, to think the way to automate decathlon processes

• As one team player, u can play as the backup as others teammates in different Finance solutions support

If you are qualified with below requirements:

• Bachelor

• Background in Computer Science or Information Management desired. Programming skills (.NET, Java, ETL, DB, C#) is a plus

• Automation experience with RPA solution is a must

• 2-5 years IT project working experience is preferred

• Expert in VBA coding is preferred

• 3 full life-cycle analytics or systems integration engagements across strategy, design and implementation

• Knowledge in process improvement and re-engineering

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Chinese, French is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills

• Sense of service
