We are looking for a Robotics Process Automation Support Specialist to:
– Oversee RPA supported business processes and initiate support process in case of incidents
– Identify, propose and develop sustainable and efficient solutions for incidents
– Maintain and improve robots as local first/second level support
– Communicate with various stakeholder levels across functional areas (Business and IT)
– Increase efficiencies by leveraging new methods/technologies where appropriate
