This job is responsible for driving BU strategy, trends and opportunities in a way that aligns/adapts to local markets. Drives alignment between Business Unit Sales and Country/Territory Sales teams to enable product strategies, roadmaps, plans and program execution to satisfy local customer needs. Responsibilities cover field, customer and downstream sales activities including prelaunch preparation, launch and ramp readiness, including partner enablement, overseeing the development and production of marketing material, sales training, and issue/opportunity management coordination between the field and the Business Unit Sales. Acts as a central point of expertise for the business unit/BU Sales in the country/territory. Robotics represents a significant business opportunity for Intel in our focus segments: Autonomous Mobile Robots, Industrial Robots and Cobots. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a blend of sales experience, business and technical acumen, a strong operational discipline and a track record of delivering results. This is a high impact role that will have you working with a range of customers and partners in close collaboration with regional sales teams. The candidate selected for this role will become a member of the Global Robotics Sales Team within IOTG BU Sales organization and will be responsible for the execution of the Robotics Sales Strategy in the region to deliver Design Win, Deal Win and Billing KPIs. A successful candidate responsibilities include: Creating and executing a Regional Robotics Sales Plan based on the Global Robotics Sales Strategy Coordinating a robotics sales pipeline to deliver against Regional Design Win targets as well as other key objectives Coordinating robotics engagements in the region across various internal organizations Supporting regional sales teams to influence adoption of Intel based products and solutions Proactively supporting business development activities with strategic accounts Being the Robotics technical and commercial subject matter expert in the region Providing voice of the market feedback to management and product teams Completing research into various topics and presenting learnings to guide decision making processes
Qualifications

Ability to build and maintain customer relationship at all levels incl. C-level and technical experts

Knowledge of the Robotics industry (market, ecosystem, key customers and partners, use-cases, solutions stacks, product requirements, winning value propositions)
Solid understanding of the Intel H/W, S/W products and technologies as well as its developer tools and scaling programs (RRK/MRS, Solution Aggregators, IPA)
Practical experience with at least one of the topics: S/W development, FPGA, Sensors incl. cameras, SLAM, FUSA, Competitive landscape, Digital Twin, Simulation tools, Security highly desired
Ability to manage a flexible work schedule that may include, at times, extensive travel and coordinating work across multiple time-zones
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration
5 or more years of experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
