The Launch and Change Management department ensures the successful introduction of product changes into Rolls-Royce production. It is responsible for the steering and introduction of both launch projects and series changes, as well as the creation and maintenance of the bill of material for in-house production and a successful introduction of bespoke products and processes.
- Support the team members in launch or series activities.
- Be part in the successful launch of pre-series cars.
- Keep in close contact with the process partners of the team and have a unique view of the manufacturing of high luxury cars.
- Be responsible for own projects and present them in front of process partners and your team.
- Support the team manager with reporting and presentations into the wider BMW business and partner departments.
- Project Management advantageous
