Production Maintenance
The position will sit in the Production Maintenance and will involve a minimum of one technical project during your time as well as general support of the team during daily operations
What will you be doing?
• Coordinate and implement specialist planning activities
• Look into existing equipment optimisation to deliver improved Technical Availability
• Data analysis and plan/implement long term solutions to ensure uptime.
• Assist in cascading & promoting technical standards and performance criteria
• Active participation using the Preventative Maintenance tools
- Studying a Engineering related degree at a 2:1 or above level
- Use of CAD for analysis (construction skills beneficial not essential)
- Use of workshop tools to create trial tools/parts
- Excellent presentation and writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for automotive engineering
- Ability to perform well both in a team and on individual projects
- Desire to bring fresh ideas from the field of engineering, and challenge the status quo where appropriate
