Sales Operations
The Sales Operations team is a key partner supporting the delivery of the Company’s sales and profit results. Tasks include strategic volume planning, management of tactical sales budgets, big data analytics and reporting. The team also monitors and drives our regional and dealership sales performance, supporting with Customer Bespoke order construction, and ownership of our global used car strategy, Provenance.
What will you be doing?
• Target setting and monitoring and dealer and regional performance management
• Maximizing RRMC Financial Services Opportunities/Share to support retail results.
• Volume planning/optimization and management of tactical sales budgets
• Steering of our Global used car provenance programme.
- Successfully completed university degree in Business Studies, Economics or other relevant degree to a 2:1 standard or higher
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to support decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good verbal reasoning and negotiation skills
- Project and process management skills
- Strategic planning paired with entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong commitment and ability to work in teams and independently
