· Ensure the high standard of services provided for guests and the attainment of the department's qualitative and quantitative targets.
· Collaborate with Reservations, Sales & Marketing departments to meet the business plan goals and to develop efficient strategies.
· Review departmental/ divisional profits, payroll expenses, rooms’ expenses, cost per occupied room, previous day’s occupancy and room revenues
· Monitor and handle guest complaints in an expedient and effective manner.
Work Experience
· 5 years’ experience in room management including in a large property.
· Ability to balance the needs of the operation, administration and colleagues.
· Strong leadership skills to effectively train, teach and motivate a team to achieve a high level of performance and exceed targets.
· Ability to identify guest needs and respond proactively to their concerns.
· Excellent communication skills especially in English.
