Primary Responsibility

o Set up hotel related business process and service standards

o To lead hotel operation team to work in a systematic way

o Build and maintain the relationship with hotel distribution platform vendors

o To set up a process to solve the hotel operational issues

o Communicate with hotel platform of the setting requirement per each client

o Collaborate effectively within cross functional teams and across the organization to meet internal and external needs

Experience & education

• Experience

o Over 5 years hotel operation related background

o Experience in the corporate travel, hospitality, OTA, or other related companies

o Good at setting up operational process to improve efficiency

• Education

o Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or similar

• Languages

o Fluency in both English and Mandarin

• Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)

o Able to deliver presentation in public

o Good command of Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

o Good on project management, implementation, and interpersonal skills

o Ability to prioritize work and initiative to introduce and improve processes

o Effective communication and interpersonal skills

o Passionate, honest, and performance-driven individual with entrepreneurial spirit and strong willingness to develop
