The iconic Beverly Hilton is looking for a Rooms Controller to join the fantastic Revenue team! This is a Full-Time role.

This Forbes 4-Star hotel has over 500 rooms, 60,000 square of feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, a lounge, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?
As a Rooms Controller, you will be responsible for daily room assignment of VIP's, all other special requests, and assists Front Desk with daily operations. More specifically you would be responsible for completing the following tasks:
- Group Rooms Coordinator Duties: creating group blocks, reservations, billing, rooming lists, room assignments and others
- PREA – Leading the process, Sending out the 24 hour Kipsu texts, Responding to Kipsu text responses from guests
- Inventory Balancing – Day of Arrival as well as looking 14 days out and balancing
- VIP guest service – ‘surprise and delight’ component for all suite bookings as well as any opportunities found via Kipsu
- Help with maintaining suite reservations, FIT reservations, internal reservations, fielding the reservations inbox if the reservations agents need assistance

Pay Range: The hourly rate is $22-33 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
