Rooms Division Coordinator
You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update leadership team on your various projects.

What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Director of Rooms, responsibilities and job functions include but are not limited to:
- Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties to Rooms Division Leaders
- Responsible for managing Rooms Division e-mails, tasks, and monthly meetings for department heads.
- Responsible for compiling monthly departmental checklists.
- Support Director, Rooms and other Leaders in monthly financial obligations, such as forecast & month end.
- Assist Leaders with recruitment, onboarding and colleague departure items.
- Responsible for maintaining & updating Rooms Division departmental training manuals.
- Responsible for organization and maintenance of shared drive & files.
- Ensure the departmental payroll is accurately and efficiently recorded on a daily basis.
- Attend all meetings as required.
- Communicate important information to department leaders.
- Monitor Trust You and respond to guest feedback.
- Support efficient use and training of all tools & resources within the division such as Royal Service Manager, Kipsu, REX, ACDC, etc.
- Responsible for printing, stationary and other par stocks to ensure the division has tools for a seamless operation.
Your experience and skills include:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in hotel or accommodations
- Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
- Competency using a variety of computer softwares
