  What you will be doing:
• Manages and motivates the teams to improve margins, drive sales and deliver a high level quality of servicein order to exceed budgeted targets.
• Is responsible for apositive and efficient working environmentacrossthe different teams.
• Ensures that all brand and H&S reference guidelines are correctly applied at all times,able to initiate new projects.
  
  Your experience and skills include:
• Provenexperience of leading a team to deliver a personalized service to our guests, that will set us ahead of the competition.
• Direct people,quality and cost management of the front office, housekeeping & leisure club teams.
• Conveys the hotel's 4 star image and serviceculture through his/her exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and strong presence in the field.
