Job Purpose/Overview
Direct Marketing Executive is responsible for conducting database marketing activities across
the business unit(s) as well as owned e-commerce on the Brand Activation & D2C team,
under the support of Customer Data & Analytics Manager. This role leads the implementation
of a project to provide pet owners with a brand experience across digital and real, based on
the perspective of the pet owner journey (Customer Journey).
 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Collaborate with the Brand Activation & D2C team and each business unit(s) to lead the
  • execution of strategies of Direct Marketing
  •  Lead the negotiating work with internal and external stakeholders and provide pet owners
  • without a contradictory brand experience
  •  Maximize the number of meaningful data collections for pet owner and pet data
  •  Fulfill a role as an internal expert on measures to utilize pet owner and pet data
  •  Gather information on technical aspects of digital marketing and improve the quality of
  • marketing activities
  •  Produce content for use in Marketing Automation (MA) and web concierge
  •  Analyze promotion’s results and plan the next action

 

Context and Scope
Direct Marketing Executive is in charge of executing CRM and Omni Channel Strategy to
petowners. These strategies need the RCJ's policy consistent with the strategies of the three
business units. Maximize the profits of stakeholders, pets and pet owners inside and outside
the company by executing plans with flexibly and agilely in a constantly changing
environment.
 70% for management and execution of Direct Marketing plan
 20% for development strategy and planning
 10% for analysis

 

Job Specifications/Qualifications
1. Education & Professional Qualification
 At least 3 years project management experience in consulting firm, marketing related
agency or marketing division in a company
 Good command of English (TOEIC 730+ is required. TOEIC 850+ is preferred)
 Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification

 

2. Knowledge/Experience

  •  Project management experience leading multiple stakesholders (must)
  •  Deep understanding Microsoft Excel (must)
  •  Campaign and contents production experience (must)
  •  Experience of managing and directing marketing agency or working experience in consulting firm/ marketing related agency (must)
  •    Database usage ( Basic SQL reading & writing skill preferred)
  •  Web analytics with Google analytics or the other tools usage ( preferred )
  •  Business intelligence tool usage ( preferred )
  •  Marketing Automation (MA) execution experience ( preferred )
  •  Analytics and front side programming skill ( Python, R, HTML, CSS, JavaScript arepreferred )
  •  AWS/GCP/Azure usage ( preferred )
