Royal Service Agent

First impressions are everything! Royal Service is designed to deliver service excellence while focusing on efficient and timely service. During the moments of contact with bothinternal and external guests, a colleague eliminates the call around process, thus ensuring efficient communication within, to and from the hotel.

What you will be doing:

Answering all calls in accordance with Fairmont Standards and Service Essentials. Taking and conveying messages accurately.

Logging guest requests and complaints which are followed through to completion. Collaborate with fellow departments to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Your experience and skills include:

A service focused personality is most essential to this role. Clear, concise communication skills in the business language.

Experience in Opera or a related system. Additional languages are a plus. High comfort level with using computer and phone systems.
