What you will be doing:
- Oversee the daility operations of the Royal Servie team to ensure a smotth operation and the highest level of guest satisfaction is provided by the team.
- Liase with all departments to ensure seamless operations maintaining a close relationship with Concierge, Sales, Catering, Conference Services, Revenue, Housekeeping, Fairmont Gold, Guest Services and Food and Beverage.
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifyng proper areas to guarantee memborable moments for our guests
- Maximize rooms revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices.
- Coaches and mentors colleagues. Creates an environment that allows employees to ahcieve job fulfillment an dprovides a path for career development with Accor Hotels.
- Ensures effective utilization and productivity of all staff through staff planning, hiring, scheduling and adhering to budiget parameters.
- Knows all emergncy procedures and general crisis situaion management, including fire and emergency procedures, procedures for handling of Fire Panel, ensuring guest safety is followed by all hotel staff.
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Prior experience workign with Opera or a related system
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene to hight performance.
Your team and working environment:

- Must be flexible in terms of working hours, may include overnight
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
