Responsibility:

• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees working with and manufacturing product.

• Create and continually shape the project plan with the support of internal and lead plant experts.

• Drive the project plan and support the internal and external teams through all steps and stages of the project, ensuring that individual activities and wider milestones are met.

• Participate in review sessions, working with the project team on technical details and proposed next steps.

• Identify methods and equipment to maximize efficiency of any new or changed production processes

Required:

1) BS degree in chemical or polymer engineering. Master degree is preferable.

2) Experience in foreign manufacturing company is preferred.

3) Good English both in writing and speaking.

4) Minimum 3 years working experience with chemical processing or macromolecular.

5) Familiar with chemical processing like surface pretreatment or more.
