We are looking for an agile, experienced and well connected Country General Manager (CGM) based in Moscow, Russia who will be responsible for leading the entire Lenovo Data Center Group team and to develop and execute on a successful customer first acquisition, development and retention strategy to unleash the full business potential for Lenovo Data Centre Group within the Russia and EECA region. This CGM position will report directly to the EMEA President, Data Center Group. The suitable candidate possess a great relationship network within the Enterprise and Public Sector space, has the ability to identify, develop and engage in very senior executive relationships with large corporate industry clients as well as Public Sector (Government) Organizations. The Russian and EECA CGM will lead an organization of approximately 40 team members throughout the region including full P&L responsibility. The CGM is in charge for developing, managing and maintaining new and existing client account relationships and delivering ambitious Key Performance Indicators (PPEG) selling Lenovo's full Data Center Portfolio including: Lenovo System X and ThinkServer x86 servers, enterprise storage, software, solutions and services. This position is responsible for the overall sales, presales & marketing coverage and go-to- market strategy, coaching the sales and presales team, creative thinking and problem solving, and providing thought leadership with our extensive business partner community. Leading from the front and monitoring team performance is a key responsibility of this role. The successful candidate will have proven ability using a structured business management system to run a high performance sales & presales organization. The position will also involve continuous interlock across Data Center Group supporting functions, such as Finance, Sales Operations, Global Supply Chain, Services, Marketing and HR. Your detailed responsibilities are: • Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity and accelerated growth • Review and improve organizational effectiveness by overseeing employees, establishing a motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships • Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas • Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day sales, operations, assigning performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own CGM monthly, quarterly and fiscal year goals • Recruit, onboard, and train new employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives • Maintain customer project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans • Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved #### Position Requirements: What You will bring: As a successful candidate candidate, you’ll be a born leader with previous managerial experience.
