1.Deliver one-on-one and group piano & vocal courses based on authentic Russian conservatory teaching systems, covering performing techniques, breathing training, sight-reading, music theory and classic Russian repertoires.
2. Develop standardized semester teaching plans complying with domestic curriculum requirements; take attendance regularly and conduct periodic student proficiency evaluations with personalized improvement suggestions.
3. Cooperate with Chinese teaching assistants to arrange class schedules, sort and translate professional teaching materials, and unify assessment standards.
4. Host masterclasses, student recitals and internal music competitions; coach students for art examinations, grading tests and enrollment auditions.
5. Attend regular faculty seminars, share Russian music teaching experience with local instructors and facilitate Sino-Russian artistic communication.
6. Complete paperwork including teaching logs, score records and activity summaries on time; strictly abide by all school management rules.
7. Create a friendly, encouraging classroom environment to stimulate students’ passion for classical music and shape their artistic literacy.
