1. Customer Communication & Interpretation: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and video calls in Russian, accurately interpret and communicate customers’ needs and inquiries to colleagues, and facilitate smooth communication between customers and the internal team.
2. Short-Video Content Support: Participate in short-video recording sessions approximately once every one to two weeks. Professional videographers will be responsible for filming and post-production editing, so no professional filming or editing skills are required.
3. Customer Reception & On-Site Interpretation: When international clients visit Chengdu, assist with customer reception, accompany them during business meetings and visits, and provide face-to-face Russian–Chinese interpretation to ensure effective communication.
