Job Responsibilities:
-Conduct live streaming sessions with bullet chat games on the international version of TikTok to engage and interact with Russian-speaking audiences.
-Participate in planning and developing the company's individual IP, creating unique and exclusive live streaming content.
-Engage in video shooting and account branding work to increase followers and account influence.
-Collaborate with the team for account maintenance and fan interaction.

Job Requirements:
-We welcome recent graduates, especially those with majors in Russian language/arts, live streaming, performance, or broadcasting experience.
-Candidates with expressive talent and a good sense of the camera are preferred (beginners are also welcome).
-Fluent in spoken Russian, able to communicate with foreign individuals in real-time. Candidates with overseas study experience in Russia are preferred (in cases of average oral Russian skills, a willingness to communicate in Russian and design content based on your strengths is acceptable).
-Willing to invest time and effort in researching live streaming and short video production.

-Confident and outgoing personality, high emotional intelligence, capable of setting the mood, and not camera-shy.
