Job Description & Responsibilities

You will be joining our Financial Service Technology Consulting team to advise and help our Banking/Insurance clients on:

• Data governance model design;
• Data platform design and implementation with traditional data warehouse or big data technology;
• Data Analytic /Data Mining ;

As a Manager, you will be working hands in hands with Senior Managers and Consulting Directors in managing the project delivery, coaching the project members, managing high level communication with clients, researching on the new market trends and developing new consulting products or services.

Reporting structure & key relationships

Reporting to: Senior Managers and above

Reporting staff: Senior Associate and below

Requirements

• 5+ Years of practical experience in data platform, data warehouse, data lake and big data system design and implementation;
• Deep knowledge of data model, data mining or data analysis in banking or insurance industry;
• Data governance design is preferred;
• Experience in AI area is preferred;
• Excellent communication skill and presentation skill;
• Proactively to learn new technology;
• Ability to deal with high level senior management as well as technical, operational level staff;
• Clear record of good project management or team leader capability;
• Fluent English read, writing and communication skill; and
• Frequent Business travel is required.
