SADI International Office Offer Positions for Architect/Landscaper 建筑师/景观设计师

Since SADI Opened the international office for 2 years, now for the first time this senior position had be offering!
Our design office now are recruiting technical architect and Landscaper.
Level 1 - Senior Architect/Landscaper
Level 2 - Intern in Architecture design / Landscape design / Engineering department

Level 1 you need to be:
- Bachelor degree or above in architecture/Landscape design / Engineering;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- At least 2 years architectural design project experience and excellent project management Capability;
- Knowledge of Chinese architecture, national and local guidelines, standards, regulations etc. an advantage;
- Registered Architect abroad is an advantage;
- Understand and control the whole process of design projects;
- Experience of work in a foreign architectural firm with foreign architectural designers, international experience is an advantage;
- Experience in leading or participating in the design of large-scale projects with strong project design operation management, the ability to comprehend the project and the owner's demand, and good communication and coordination skills;
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Photoshop and Sketchup skills;
- Landscaper can instead of useing well in Lumion and having excellent graphic and communication ability to undertake the conceptual design.
- Dedication with honest, proactive, responsibility, and a good teamwork spirit;
- Salary need to be discussed at Interview
Level 2 you need to be:
- Graduating student in Architecture design / Landscape design / Engineering
- Bachelor degree or above
- Able to complete regular design work in schematic design into design development independently;
- Able to response to the technical problem in the project and has the ability to provide innovation solution;
- Able to evaluate, select and apply standard architecture procedures independently and willing to learn the China design rugulation;
- Position will be in Chengdu Last 6 month, there will be last a half-year contract
- salary and bonus for half-year contract will be 40,000 RMB~45,000RMB

Level 1 you need to be:
