Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Japanese company
- Manufacturing : soldering including solder wire, solder bar and solder paste for various industrial applications
- Factories : Japan, Huizhou, Shanghai, Tianjin & Beijing
- Main market : HK and China
- Key customers : Japanese companies including Toshiba, Sony, TDK, Omron etc
- We are looking for SALES COORDINATOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Sales Manager
- Assist in orders follow up
- Arrange and coordinate shipment and delivery
- Preparing invoices, packing list and all other relevant documents
- Perform sales order processing and follow up
- Communication and Email correspondence with customers
- Form 5 or above
- Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- 1-3 years related experience in order processing / sales administration / coordination
- Some knowledge in import or export shipping document is a plus
- 5 Days Work
- Public Holiday
- Traffic Allowance
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Medical benefits
- OT paid $$
- Office location : Fotan
