Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Professional financial printing solution provider focus in digital printing technology
- We deliver a full-array of solution in the arena of Financial Documentation, including but not limited to IPOs, financial reports and specifications for all kinds of financial instruments
- We are looking for SALES COORDINATOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Provide clerical support to Sales Manager
- Prepare invoices and quotations
- Data entry, filing and other clerical support
- Coordinate with internal departments, own production plant and external parties
- F.5 graduates
- Accounting knowledge/studies is a plus
- 2 to 5 years working experience in any field
- Experience in clerical support / sales support / sales coordination / customer service / office environment is a plus
- Interest in digital printing is a plus
- PC proficient in Word or Excel
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Medical benefits
- Office location : Chai Wan (8 mins walk from MTR)
- Less experience will be considered as Sales Support Clerk
