Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • Professional financial printing solution provider focus in digital printing technology
  • We deliver a full-array of solution in the arena of Financial Documentation, including but not limited to IPOs, financial reports and specifications for all kinds of financial instruments
  • We are looking for SALES COORDINATOR  – with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB :
  • Provide clerical support to Sales Manager
  • Prepare invoices and quotations
  • Data entry, filing and other clerical support
  • Coordinate with internal departments, own production plant and external parties
  • F.5 graduates
  • Accounting knowledge/studies is a plus
  • 2 to 5 years working experience in any field
  • Experience in clerical support / sales support / sales coordination / customer service / office environment is a plus
  • Interest in digital printing is a plus
  • PC proficient in Word or Excel
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
  • Annual leave : 12 days
  • Medical benefits
  • Office location : Chai Wan (8 mins walk from MTR)
  • Less experience will be considered as Sales Support Clerk
