Job Description
THE COMPANY :

  • We are looking for SALES DIRECTOR - with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB :
  • Sourcing and referring deals including IPOs, block trade and private equity deals for the company.
  • Identifying and signing-up appropriate quality listed companies for placement and financing business opportunities.
  • Explore appropriate investors and successfully match their placement and financing investment
  • Recommend Fixed Income products including primary market bond, secondary bond trading, etc
  • Analyzing and assessing business opportunities with respect to IPOs, secondary placement, syndicate deals etc;
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated to attain target.
  • Degree holder in Business/Economics/Finance or other related disciplines.
  • Sound knowledge of the capital markets in Hong Kong & China, as well as the relevant rules and regulations
  • Solid experience in Equity Capital Markets is highly prefer
  • Office location : Central District
